Free Community Terms and Guidelines

Welcome to the Free Community provided by Changing Courses 11. By participating in this community, you agree to the following terms and guidelines. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment for everyone.

Community Rules

  1. Respect Others: Treat all members with kindness and respect. Hateful, discriminatory, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
  2. No Spam or Promotions: Self-promotion, advertising services, or products, and spamming are strictly prohibited unless you have prior written consent from Changing Courses 11.
  3. Protect Privacy: Do not share private or sensitive information about yourself or others without explicit consent. This includes but is not limited to contact information, financial details, or confidential communications.
  4. Follow the Law: Members must comply with all applicable federal and Tennessee state laws while participating in the community. This includes refraining from illegal activities, defamatory statements, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
  5. No Poaching: Recruiting or soliciting other members for your own business, organization, or group is not permitted. Any attempts to undermine or harm the community by poaching members, clients, or business opportunities will result in immediate removal and potential legal action.
  6. Be Supportive: This is a peer-run community where members help and support each other. Contribute positively and constructively to discussions, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.

What You Can Expect

  • The free community is a peer-run space, meaning members are encouraged to share their knowledge and experiences to support one another.
  • Changing Courses 11 does not provide regular engagement in this community. Tagging Changing Courses 11 or any legal representative does not guarantee a response.
  • The community is offered as a gift to our customers, providing a space for collaboration and support from other members and students.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Active Participation: Members are expected to contribute as much as they benefit from the community. This ensures a balanced and thriving space for all.
  2. No Guaranteed Responses: Changing Courses 11 and its representatives may not respond to questions or tags within the community. Participation by our team is not guaranteed.
  3. Respect the Gift: This community is a free resource. Misuse or violation of these terms may result in removal from the group.

Changing Courses 11 provides this community "as-is" without any guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, either express or implied. By participating in this community, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. No Liability: Changing Courses 11, its representatives, and affiliates are not responsible for any harm, loss, or damage arising from your use of the community or reliance on any advice, information, or opinions shared within the community.
  2. Peer-Run Nature: The community is not actively moderated or overseen by Changing Courses 11. All advice, guidance, or information shared by members is their personal opinion and should not be considered professional or official advice.
  3. No Professional Relationship: Participation in the community does not create any legal, fiduciary, or professional relationship between you and Changing Courses 11 or its representatives.
  4. Independent Verification: Any advice, suggestions, or information obtained within the community should be independently verified before being relied upon. Changing Courses 11 does not endorse or verify the accuracy of any content shared by members.
  5. Removal Rights: Changing Courses 11 reserves the right to remove members who violate these terms or disrupt the communityā€™s intended purpose, at its sole discretion.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with these terms, the dispute will be governed by and resolved according to the Terms of Service for Changing Courses 11. All participants agree to be bound by the dispute resolution procedures outlined in the Terms of Service, which take precedence over any conflicting terms in this Agreement.

General Provisions

  1. Amendments: Changing Courses 11 reserves the right to modify, update, or completely replace this Agreement at any time. Updates will be communicated to members, and changes will take effect the next business day after notice is provided. If you do not agree with the changes, you may terminate your participation in the community.
  2. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee. Any legal actions arising under this Agreement will be resolved in the courts located in Williamson County, Tennessee, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
  3. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, or communication outages. Both parties will take reasonable steps to minimize the impact of such events.
  4. Severability: If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in full effect, with the invalid portion replaced by a valid term that reflects the original intent as closely as possible.
  5. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Changing Courses 11 and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your participation, including violations of these terms or applicable laws.
  6. Communication Responsibility: Communications from Changing Courses 11 will be conducted through the community platform, the company website, and email communications. It is your responsibility to remain informed of updates and notices by staying engaged with these communication channels. Unsubscribing from emails or blocking our domain does not absolve you of your responsibility to uphold the terms of this Agreement. Failing to stay informed does not exempt you from compliance with the community guidelines and updates.
  7. Protection of Reputation and Property: Changing Courses 11 reserves the right to seek damages for any actions that cause harm to our reputation, business operations, or intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of defamation, fraud, theft, unauthorized use of proprietary materials, or any other conduct that disrupts the integrity of the community or the company. Changing Courses 11 will pursue any necessary legal or equitable remedies to protect its interests and those of its members.
  8. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or continuing to use this community, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions. Your participation constitutes a binding acceptance of these terms, including any updates or modifications that may be made.
  9. Entire Agreement: These terms represent the entire understanding between you and Changing Courses 11 regarding your participation in the community, superseding all prior agreements. Any proposed changes to these terms will not be binding unless explicitly accepted by Changing Courses 11 in writing.
